We are looking for a Senior E-Channel Expert to join our team in Qatar. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing E-Business related projects and development teams.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years' experience working in financial services or institutions and a proven track record of successfully managing IT systems design, analysis, development, and maintenance.

In this role, you will ensure the provision of new solutions and MIS reports to users in order to facilitate a more user-friendly environment. You will also lead the preparation and maintenance of documentation and standards for different activities and systems user guides as per the overall documentation policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team resources and workflow to ensure timely and quality delivery of products.
  • Ensure coordination of the build of operations end of the Group's website and that it is kept running to the best standards and performance.
  • Lead the preparation and maintenance of documentation and standards for different activities and systems user guides.

Qualifications:

  • University graduate with a Computer Science or related degree.
  • 10 years' experience working in financial services or institutions.
  • Strong programming skills in development tools and languages.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Effective leadership and management skills.
