About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team at McCann Content Studios. As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for concepting, managing, and supporting the development of influencer marketing campaigns and proposals on behalf of our key tourism clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, including setting objectives, engaging and managing influencers, and completing wrap reports.
  2. Create detailed recaps of campaign activations, analyzing performance, and providing clients with actionable results and recommendations.
  3. Have a complete grasp of client's business, needs, and objectives, including their goals and what they want to achieve.
  4. Manage client programs, ensuring timely and seamless project implementation, meeting deadlines, and achieving set objectives.
  5. Activate and manage influencer partnerships, including meeting with or hosting talent, which may require working outside regular hours.
  6. Provide diligent and timely client management, acting as the primary point of contact, creating and updating client work-in-progress according to service order deliverables.
  7. Work closely with clients to manage expectations and deliverables, suggesting solutions to any issues.
  8. Demonstrate knowledge of social metrics, discussing and proposing KPIs for clients.
  9. Identify and react to market and industry trends, implementing them within client work.

Requirements

  1. Clear and concise written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
  2. Must be based in Qatar.
  3. Preferably has experience working on a tourism client.
  4. A natural client services person, approachable, and very personable with a can-do attitude.
  5. Expert knowledge around leading social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitch, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
  6. Strong personal relationships with influencers and talent directly, and/or with agents/agencies.
  7. The ability to read and analyze social listening data.
  8. Proficiency in Excel as a data management and measurement tool.
  9. Strong communication skills, both in person and in writing, internally and externally.
  10. Strong organizational and time management skills, able to multitask and manage multiple simultaneous projects with ease and efficiencies.
  11. A problem-solving attitude and ability to get creative in order to be results-oriented.
  12. A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  13. Strong sense of initiative and personal ownership.
  14. Committed to delivering results.
  15. Highly adaptive to changing client needs with a flexible approach to challenges and changing priorities as needed.
  16. A natural curiosity to be always learning about our evolving industry, reading, watching, and listening to stay abreast of cultural trends that can inform and impact our work with an eye for established and upcoming talent and influencers.
