We are a reputable company seeking a seasoned Instrumentation and Controls Commissioning Manager to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of commissioning principles and practices.

  • At least 10 years of experience in commissioning, with a strong focus on Instrument and Controls Commissioning, including HVAC experience.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a project management team.
  • Extensive knowledge of System Completion Process and associated phases, including technical and contractual certificate walkdowns and PSSR procedures.
  • Experience in developing and implementing systemization processes, including check sheet development, allocation, completions database, and pre-comm/comm procedures and method statements.
  • Brownfield and greenfield experience is highly valued.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience guiding and supporting contractor teams.
  • Ability to create comprehensive Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning procedures, method statements, and work packs.
  • Familiarity with a range of systems, including DCS/IPS/FGS/Third Party Systems, Analyzers, sampling systems, Field Instrumentation, Fiscal Metering Systems, Tank Gauging, Specialty Analyzers/sampling systems, Gas Chromatographs, Control & On/Off Valves, ESDV, Blowdown Valves, MOV's, Fire & Gas devices, BMS/Flare Panels, and specialty instruments associated with large compressors.
  • HVAC and Loss Prevention pre-commissioning and commissioning experience, including HVAC performance testing.
  • Must be able to climb stairs, ladders, access tight spaces, and work at heights.
