Key Responsibilities
  • Determine appropriate room type based on guest needs and verify availability of room type and rate.
  • Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
  • Accommodate and document special requests.
  • Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
Qualifications
  • Prior customer-related experience an asset.
  • Outstanding guest service skills and sophisticated verbal communication skills required.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required.
  • High communication skills verbal and written. Perfect use of English. Command of Arabic will be considered an important asset.
