Administrative Coordinator

As an Administrative Assistant at Vectrus, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage appointments and scheduling using Microsoft Outlook, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain accurate and complete records, reports, and documents, utilizing strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other materials, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, offering suggestions for process improvements and contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
