About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administration Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage our office supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience or Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to work in a cross-culture environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain confidentiality and self-discipline.
  • Should be motivated, responsible, and focused.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
  • Strong interpersonal and team working skills.
  • High level of sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Self-starter, having the ability to work independently with minimal instructions.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure to defined timescales.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
