About The Role
- As a Cabin Support Specialist with Qatar Airways, you will be responsible for providing daily administrative support to the Cabin Safety Training department.
- Your tasks will include handling confidential documents, maintaining filing systems, manuals, invoices, and other source data.
- You will manage and complete multiple tasks and projects within specified timeframes, ensuring the integrity of all information and data.
- You will skillfully draft internal communication and manage department correspondence and telephone communication.
- You will compile and provide business documentation support, including report writing, presentation creation, and spreadsheet preparation and distribution of such material as directed and support with department administration, e.g., ordering of stationery etc.
- You should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year job-related experience OR a High School/Diploma/Vocational certificate with a minimum of 2 years job-related experience.
- A tertiary qualification preferably in HR/Administration and a certificate in Office Administration Management or MS Office applications or similar would be an added advantage.
- You must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- You must be highly organized and have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- You must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.
- You must have proven ability to work under pressure within defined schedules.
- You must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- You must be able to work under extended/flexible working hours.
