The Chief Accountant plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the Finance Department, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly, annual).
  • Compliance: Ensure accuracy and adherence to statutory regulations.
  • Cash and Stock Management: Conduct regular spot-checks on cash floats and stock counts.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
