Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily lobby lounge operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and organization in the lobby lounge area.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, focusing on guest service, food and beverage preparation, and cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with the food and beverage team to create menus, manage inventory, and optimize revenue streams.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, guest feedback, and staff performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
