Polytechnicpositions is seeking a Research Affairs Specialist to manage the grant application process, advise faculty and business unit staff on awards process, policies and procedures, and assist with proposal development, review and submission process for pre-award agreements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies related to sponsored programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the grant application process from inception to completion
  • Advise faculty and business unit staff on awards process, policies and procedures
  • Assist with proposal development, review and submission process for pre-award agreements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Master's degree is preferred
  • Minimum 5 Years' experience in grants/research administration, budget development/management or grant writing
