About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to join our team at iHorizons. As a key member of our digital retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of our eShop operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and driving digital growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Order Management and Logistics
  • Manage eShop operations, order fulfillment, delivery, and logistics.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management.
Market Intelligence and Process Excellence
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in the online marketing environment.
  • Develop and implement strategic online marketing plans for our eShop.
  • Collaborate with the digital engagement team to translate data into new user journeys and product feature requirements.
Team Management and Development
  • Lead the Order Fulfillment Team to achieve deliverables and guide them in enhancing their knowledge of e-commerce innovation and trends.
  • Contribute to defining team job descriptions and perform interview and selection activities.
Employee Development and Performance Management
  • Effectively use performance management mechanisms to ensure growth and development of team members.
  • Support and guide individual employees in achieving work and personal development goals.
Requirements
  1. Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or commerce or related fields.
Previous Work Experience
  • 10 years of experience in eShop management and order fulfillment.
  • Extensive experience with practices and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing.
Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft office applications, MS Access, and others.
  • Ability to directly manage and be involved in operations and order fulfillment.
