E-Commerce Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee the online sales and performance of our E-Commerce platforms in the Hypermarket / retail division or Electronics & Appliances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing: A degree in business or marketing is required for this role.
  • Proven E-Commerce Experience: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in E-Commerce management, preferably in a hypermarket / retail industry or Electronics & Appliances.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of E-Commerce platforms, technologies, and industry trends is essential.
  • Analytics and Decision-Making: Proficient in using analytics tools to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Digital Marketing and SEO: Excellent understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
  • Results-Oriented: Detail-oriented with a focus on driving results and meeting targets.
