Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain accurate records, providing timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
  3. Review and finalize technical contracts, ensuring compliance with agreements.
  4. Support post-award dispute administration, adhering to Company policies and procedures.
  5. Review management information reports, collecting data to submit to management for review.
  6. Offer expertise to other disciplines and departments in contract and claims management to maximize efficiency.
Your Profile
  1. Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
  2. 10 years' experience in contracts management within the oil & gas and petrochemical industry.
  3. Proficient in written and spoken English.
  4. Computer literacy, including MS Office and SAP modules.
  5. Technical knowledge in reviewing and finalizing technical contracts.
  6. Familiarity with contract laws and industry practices.
