Job Description

As a Financial Analyst at Siemens, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial planning and analysis for the Grid Software Business Unit. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Software Business Unit Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Software License Revenue (SWLR), Annual Contract Value (ACV), and Net Retention Rate to ensure the business is meeting its targets.
  • Sales Finance Data Quality and Governance: Partner with the Sales Finance team to ensure data quality, governance, and analytics are aligned with business needs and drive standardization across portfolios.
  • Global Sales Incentives: Support the development of a global sales incentives data scheme to drive sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Business Case Execution: Collaborate with the PPM finance team to develop and execute financial business cases that drive strategic growth initiatives.
