Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inventory audits for food and beverage stores, with occasional spot checks.
  • Ensure secure storage and controlled access to merchandise in locked areas.
  • Develop and maintain an effective cost allocation transfer system for food and beverages between departments.
  • Verify selected invoices for accuracy and consistency with market quotations.
  • Prepare monthly F&B cost reports and reconcile end-of-month transactions.
  • Inspect purchasing, receiving, storing, and issuing procedures regularly.
  • Monitor beverage par stocks for stores and outlets.
  • Take necessary personnel actions when required.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in Hotel Management or Accounting.
  • Purchasing or procurement management education or training.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing for a 5-star hotel.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cost control.
