- Provide support and expertise to ongoing projects to achieve their HSE performance in line with Company HSE policy and objectives.
- Liaise and assist MP Construction HSE Lead in realizing Major Projects HSE objectives.
- Assist MP Construction HSE Lead in daily activities and perform tasks as per schedule and expectations.
- Highlight and alert MP Construction HSE Lead about identified CONTRACTOR deviations from HSE objectives.
- Master's Graduation or equivalent in HSE, Risk Assessment, environment, or similar disciplines.
- Large experience in similar activities at an equivalent position, working in an office to issue documentation, standards, plans, etc.
- Previous experience in team managing, reporting consolidation, and support functions.
- Familiarity with major oil and gas standards and best practices.
- Onshore construction experience is mandatory.
- Professional experience (number of years): 15 years (10 years in projects).
- Strong experience in Asian construction yards.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Conversant with usual business suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access databases).
- Team working.
- Rigor and critical sense, open-minded, keen to knowledge sharing.
- Very strong technical referential writing skills.
- Leadership and strong listening/communication skills.
- Ability to work on projects in complex and multicultural environments.
- Good analytical skills and synthesis mind.
- Involve frequent construction site visits.
