As a Concierge Expert, you will be responsible for providing professional and customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable.

  • Key responsibilities include receiving guests in a friendly manner, maintaining effective communication with all departments, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain knowledge of the hotel and local services, as well as awareness of guest profiles through the Opera system.
  • Provide exceptional service by handling messages, mail, and packages for guests and employees, delivering them at the appropriate time.
  • Assist with delivering morning newspapers to rooms and ensuring the concierge desk and storeroom are clean, tidy, and well organized.

Requirements

You should have a diploma in hospitality or vocational training in the concierge section within a hotel.

Good English communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities are essential.
