About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Ops & Crew Control Officer to join our team at Qatar Airways. As a key member of our aviation operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our crew rosters and schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crew Roster Management: Monitor and maintain accurate crew rosters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Operational Support: Provide timely and effective support to crew members, ensuring they are aware of any changes to their schedules or flight plans.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including crew members, management, and other departments.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our flight schedules.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports on crew roster performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: Relevant college or university qualification with a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Detailed understanding of regulatory requirements, including QCAA and company policies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: High-level problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex operational issues.
