Job Overview:

Parsons Oman invites applications for the position of Infrastructure Project Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a group of engineers and digital delivery specialists on major infrastructure projects in Qatar and the Gulf Region.

About the Job:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of infrastructure projects from initiation to final handover.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and motivate a team of engineers and digital delivery specialists to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the production of project drawings and design calculations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and recommend promotions, salary actions, and training.
  • Determine budget estimates and staffing requirements for each project.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure project management, preferably in consultancy firms.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
