About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Co-ordinator of Engineering MOFC Activities at Bilfinger Middle East. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about coordinating complex projects and working with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Engineering department to ensure smooth coordination of the MOFC process among all stakeholders, including Technical Business Support, HSE, and OPS teams.
  • Collaborate with consultants and vendors to facilitate effective communication and resolve any challenges that may arise during the MOFC process.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track the progress of the MOFC process and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of users working with the E-MOFC system.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, health, safety, security, and environmental management policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any suitable field preferably in Engineering.
  • At least 10 years' experience in the oil and gas industry or related engineering consultants/EPC contractors, with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a MOFC coordinator or similar duties.
  • Strong organizational skills, effective time management skills, and good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of written and spoken English and familiarity with IT software management.
