Main Responsibilities:
  1. Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of daily projects and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
  2. Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely execution of works.
  3. Tender Administration: Oversee the administration of tenders, RFQs, purchase orders, and contracts.
  4. Financial Administration: Conduct financial follow-ups with vendors for all pending invoices.
  5. Team Support: Provide proactive support to colleagues and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  6. Presentation and Reporting: Prepare and deliver presentations on various topics including project updates, tender status, and equipment management.
