About the Role:

As an Assistant to Management Professional at MPH Consulting Services, you will provide administrative support to our management team, including managing their calendars, coordinating meetings and appointments, and preparing correspondence. You will also be responsible for updating the MP Intranet, preparing a communication plan with PR, and designing the bi-weekly Newsletter. Additionally, you will be in charge of admin-related Purchase Requisitions (PRs), technical review and validation of mission/event-related invoices and expense claims, and handling logistic arrangements for regular missions and/or relocation.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in MS Office Package. A Bachelor's degree and substantial experience in an office administrative role are also required. If you have the right combination of skills and experience, we encourage you to apply.
