Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Counter Sales Associate to join our team at Azadea. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level service to walk-in customers, utilizing product knowledge and established procedures.
  • Process orders received from Waiters, ensuring timely presentation to customers.
  • Receive and check daily orders, maintaining presentation and hygiene standards.
  • Participate in opening and closing duties, adhering to norms and internal procedures.
  • Maintain and report records, including daily training, taste panels, and wastage forms.
  • Handle cash payments, including exchange and money transactions, while following set policies.
  • Place orders for needed products, coordinating with the Stock Keeper and Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager.
  • Prepare take-away orders, ensuring they meet standards and special customer requests.
  • Ensure clear communication of operation details to the team, maintaining a proper handover process.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
