Job Description

We are seeking talented individuals to join our award-winning team in Ground Services Operations as Customer Services Agents. This role involves providing 5-star engaging service to all Qatar Airways passengers in Hamad International Airport, ensuring a memorable journey throughout different touch points.

Key Responsibilities

Provide face-to-face service to Qatar Airways passengers and deal with their different needs.Manage queues, remove old baggage tags, handle denied boarding passengers, staff passengers, help families, identify those with special needs, and code-share passengers.Verify passengers' identification, check passport validity, and relevant visa depending on destination.Initiate boarding at gates, following laid-down boarding priorities, announcements, hand baggage removal, flight coupon reconciliation, and head count confirmation.Deliver efficient service at transfer desks for arriving QR passengers connecting to another flight, recording baggage details, issuing boarding cards, and meal vouchers where applicable.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School qualification with 1 year of Customer Services experience.
  • Relevant experience in Customer-facing roles in the service industry.
  • Able to work under pressure to manage competing demands from customers and shifting priorities in operations.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, able to communicate with diverse customers.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, on shift including weekends and holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
