At Brunel GmbH, we are seeking a skilled Spare Parts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Materials Management department, you will be responsible for assessing spare parts capacity and operating supplies requirements of our projects.
In this role, you will assist our materials team by liaising with suppliers to obtain the necessary information and materials required for our projects. You will also be responsible for cataloging and preparing spares material databases for uploading to our SAP-Materials Modules as part of our Spares & Operating Supplies Team (SOST).
Your expertise will be invaluable in inspecting materials received in our warehouse to obtain additional or improved descriptions and the latest part numbers. You will also review our Recommended Spare Parts List (RSPL) for procedural correctness and research missing or incomplete information to meet our company standards.
Able to work collaboratively, you will cross-check existing SAP records and inventory for duplication using our Spares and SAP search functionalities. You will update our RSPL and Project Material Master Form with comprehensive technical buying descriptions.
As a Spare Parts Specialist at Brunel GmbH, you will adhere to all company safety, health, environmental, and security procedures, rules, and regulations.
