Job Title: Night Club General Manager

At Precision Hire Solution, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Club General Manager to join our team. As a Night Club General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the bar service to provide a high-quality, efficient beverage service that enhances the guest experience and adheres to licensing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an effective bar service with a focus on high-quality, efficient service.
  • Ensure guest service standards are set, implemented, and continuously evaluated.
  • Set up the outlet according to predetermined standards and procedures.
  • Comply with licensing regulations and hotel procedures related to the bar and service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Train staff on beverage knowledge, preparation, and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Ensure staff are impeccably presented and adhere to uniform standards.
  • Evaluate team performance to ensure high standards of service are maintained.
  • Provide regular performance feedback and appraisals to staff.
  • Develop and implement staff development plans.
  • Manage staff absences and report according to company procedures.
  • Adhere to company disciplinary policies.
  • Delegate tasks effectively among senior team members.
  • Complete administrative tasks according to company procedures.
  • Produce revenue forecasts and communicate with the Food and Beverage office.
  • Maximize revenue and increase average spend per person through upselling and effective training.
  • Work with Food and Beverage Cost Control to maintain stock levels and control costs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly drink profit margin targets.
  • Participate in the development of the annual budget and financial operating plans.
  • Attend mandatory meetings and participate in community public relations.
  • Utilize software programs such as Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience in a supervisory or above capacity.
  • A warm personality, attentive, and smartly presentable.
  • Ability to listen and respond to demanding guest needs.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Accountable and resilient.
  • Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
  • A medium level of IT proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
