Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Duty Manager to join our team at The Ned Doha. As a Night Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Front Office operations during the night shift, ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Office Operations Management: Supervise and manage the Front Office team during the night shift, ensuring seamless operations and high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Guest Services: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously, addressing and resolving guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Security and Safety: Monitor and ensure the security of the hotel premises, performing nightly audits, including balancing accounts and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Communication and Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations, assist in emergency situations, and follow hotel protocols for safety and security.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and distribute reports for the morning management team, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction and upholding hotel standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong background in front office operations and management.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
