- Assist customers with troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Configure and test computer systems and peripherals according to customer specifications.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems and software.
- Monitor network activity and performance, proactively addressing issues that could impact project timelines or quality.
- Generate and maintain detailed records of reports on technical support metrics, project plans, task assignments, progress updates, and changes made.
- Assign tasks to team members based on their skills, experience, and current workload, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 35 years of professional experience as a Technical Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in software testing methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Experience with system administration and maintenance.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
