Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing offshore projects within the Major Projects organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports Project Management Team (PMT) in managing and controlling project offshore execution.
  • Ensures overall compliance with Projects Execution Plans (Offshore), specifications, and procedures by promoting effective communication and teamwork together with best practice sharing to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Contributes to project workshops related to Offshore Execution such as Complexity, Contracting Strategy, CDRA and HAZID, HAZOP, LL, VE etc., ensuring timely resolution to problems and challenges through best practices, industry standards, and knowledge gained from personal experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Chemical, or equivalent.
  • Total 15+ years of experience in Offshore Project Execution engaging major FEED and EPC contractors.
  • Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
