Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Development Specialist to join our team at Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros. Co. W.L.L.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the soft skills and business etiquette of employees.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills, and develop targeted training programs to address these gaps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure that training content is aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive training programs that cater to different learning styles and preferences.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using various methods, including surveys, feedback forms, and assessments.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants during and after training sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills and business etiquette training to ensure maximum training effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of relevant experience in training development and delivery.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education or human resources.
  • Train-the-trainer certification is desirable but not essential.
