About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented AO4 Finance Officer to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Management: Monitor the finance mailbox for incoming invoices and related documents, verifying their accuracy and completeness in accordance with our policies.
  • Financial Data Integrity: Accurately input financial data into SAP, regularly update and reconcile financial records to ensure data integrity.
  • Payment Processing: Efficiently process invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate allocation to project/cost centre/purchase order.
  • Vendor Management: Ensure prompt and accurate disbursement of funds to vendors and partners, while monitoring payment schedules and reconciling financial accounts.
  • Financial Audits: Assist in financial audits by providing necessary documentation and data, ensuring compliance with departmental policy and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
