Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Catering Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact guests and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain existing guest loyalty to Marriott.
  • Determine and provide complimentary items to guests as gifts for their patronage.
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points and enter information into relevant software.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Perform general office duties to support Sales and Marketing, including filing, sending emails, typing, and faxing.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience preferred.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • License or certification not required.
