We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Facilities Training Officer to join our team at Qatar Airways. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for our facilities staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and develop tailored training programs.
- Design and deliver training sessions, including workshops, seminars, and hands-on training, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, assessments, and performance evaluations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:
