Civil Infrastructure Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Infrastructure Development Specialist to join our team at Work in USA. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the development of various infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough site investigations and gather data to determine project feasibility and viability
  2. Develop detailed designs and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure project specifications are met and exceeded
  4. Monitor construction progress and compliance with design plans and specifications, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery
  5. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure safety standards are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
  6. Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and budgets for projects, taking into account various factors, including materials, labor, and equipment costs
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with regulatory requirements
  8. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, such as Construction Management or Engineering
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  3. Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools, including Autodesk and MicroStation
  4. Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment, including road construction, bridge building, and utility installation
  5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including engineers, architects, contractors, and government agencies
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and knowledge sharing

Salary: $1200 (USD) per month
