PPL Dynamics: Key Role in Benefits Implementation

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Implementation Specialist to join our team at PPL Dynamics. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in implementing benefit policies and procedures that support the well-being of our employees.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Examine and prepare documentation for medical insurance proposals in various countries, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and market practices.
  • Propose life insurance options based on local labor laws and market trends, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our employees.
  • Review company car proposals and suggest alternative accommodation arrangements based on market data.
  • Interpret benefit policies and procedures to address employee concerns, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Establish strong connections with benefit providers and other departments to expedite benefits delivery and ensure seamless communication.
  • Prepare operational budgets, analyze deviations, and take corrective action to meet financial goals, ensuring the effective management of benefits programs.
  • Review and recommend alternative benefits plans based on employee tasks and needs, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our employees.
  • Update benefit review trackers and pay matrix information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as HR or management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience, preferably in the airline or healthcare industry.
  • Working knowledge of HR/management in the airline or healthcare industry, with a focus on benefits implementation and management.
  • Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders.
  • Prioritization and project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Continuous process improvement capability, with a focus on enhancing benefits programs and services.
