Core Duties:

  • Guarantee the smooth operation of Work Orders issued as part of Roll Out & daily operations.
  • Participate in the team's efforts by performing skilled duties such as reading, building, installing, activating, inspecting, diagnosing, replacing, and routing AMI meters.
  • Assist in generating technical daily reports related to command center Operations, adhering to timely submission requirements as applicable.
  • Effectively identify, diagnose, and resolve operation problems.
  • Offer support to supervisors and analysts as needed to optimize work process execution.
  • Nurture strong relationships with departments, customers, contractors, and site teams as required.
  • Optimize the command center system and associated programs for meter installation and complaint systems.
  • Maintain meticulous records and prepare detailed reports regarding data systems.
  • Devise and implement plans for extensive data tracking, sorting, updating, recording, and report preparation with suitable formats.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement sections to secure and maintain certifications.
  • Foster awareness about health and safety regulations within the Installation Section and ensure adherence.
  • Be flexible to work across all three shifts in a 24/7 environment.
  • Take on other tasks assigned from time to time.
