Job Description
Serve as a contracts coordinator to ensure timely receipt of meter cards and invoicing the contracted clients at the end of their billing cycle. This role requires a high level of customer focus, excellent interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update status of contracts in company software once signed contracts have been received from the clients.
- Prepare meter report cards of clients and follow up to receive them for invoicing purposes.
- Coordinate with MPS operation team to get meter cards for all MPS clients where online system reads are not activated.
- Follow up with credit team on contracts approval.
- Prepare reports at the beginning of each month as per requirement.
- Prepare free copies report for finance to re-class revenue at the end of the month.
- Prepare Day1 AMC with warranty re-class and send to finance.
- Invoice all received meter cards in company software.
- Create consolidated invoices for clients if/when needed.
- Invoice AMC contracts.
- Print all generated invoices of previous month.
- Print all meter cards of previous months.
- Sort invoices with meter cards to send to clients.
- Coordinate with courier service for picking up the invoices to deliver.
- Provide customers with explanations of the invoices when needed.
