Job Description

Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a social media strategy that increases brand awareness, improves marketing efforts, and drives sales.
  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct research on current trends, benchmarking, and audience preferences to inform social media strategy.
  • Content Creation: Design and implement engaging and creative social media content, including text, images, and videos.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to manage brand reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
  • Account Management: Manage and oversee social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns, track their success, and measure their impact.
  • Advertising and Budgeting: Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with social media influencers and partners.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use social media analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest social media best practices, technologies, and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.
  • Skills: Experience with social media platforms, social media management tools, and running social media campaigns.
  • Qualifications: Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices; excellent written and verbal communication skills; creativity and an eye for design; analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; strong organizational and time management skills; familiarity with SEO keyword research and Google Analytics; proficiency in graphic design software; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; detail-oriented with the ability to multitask; proactive and able to work independently; strong problem-solving skills; and passion for social media and staying updated with industry changes.
