Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive Specialist

At Precision Hire Solution, we are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Executive Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and fosters meaningful connections with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives and resonates with our target audience.
  • Create and curate high-quality content that showcases our brand's personality and values, including text, images, videos, and HTML.
  • Manage and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms, including setting up and configuring company pages, creating engaging content, and monitoring analytics.
  • Moderate user-generated content and ensure that it aligns with our moderation policy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key players, manage reputation, and coordinate actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and industry insights to continuously improve our social media strategy.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience in social media marketing or a related field, with a strong understanding of social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
  • Adequate knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Fluency in English and a positive attitude, with excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
