Key Accountabilities

The following accountabilities are essential to this role: Production of English Language Training assessments, Managing the end-to-end examination and assessment process for the Foundation Stage, Analysing examination and assessment results and reporting findings to the management team, Recording examination results and issuing certificates to successful candidates. This role involves working closely with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all activities within their direct areas of responsibility are completed efficiently and effectively.

Core Duties:

  • Conducting research, writing, and performing post-test analysis of ELT formative and summative assessment content.
  • Proactively identifying and implementing efficiency improvements within own area of responsibility.
  • Coordinating with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including QAF TI students, Chief/Senior Instructors, Training Managers, Contract and Assurance teams, IT support, and awarding organisations (as required).
