Job Overview

Bulk aviation equipment entails precise operations and regular maintenance to ensure flights operate safely and efficiently. The Error Management System Coordinator is essential in developing, implementing, and enforcing policies that protect pilots, passengers, aircraft, and property from potential hazards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, update, and enforce policies, procedures, and standards to safeguard flight operations, adhering to industry regulations and guidelines.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, assess them, and implement measures to mitigate or eliminate these risks, thus ensuring flight operations remain safe.
  • Hazard Control: Implement controls and mitigation strategies to minimize or eliminate hazards during flight operations, including managing human factors and error management principles.
  • Maintenance Error Investigations: Investigate errors occurring during maintenance and assist in resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Training and Competency Development: Support employees in maintaining competence and expertise in safety management systems, focusing on areas such as Part 145 and Part M regulations.
  • Communication: Promote open and transparent communication throughout the organization to foster a culture of safety awareness and best practices.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in risk management, safety coordination, or quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with international aviation regulations, such as ICAO and EASA.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
