**Project Delivery Manager Position**

About the Job

The Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of systems in our Qatar project. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.

Key Tasks
  1. Manage and coordinate the completion of systems to ensure timely delivery;
  2. Review and analyze DC, RFC, RFSU and PHA/HA dossiers from contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements;
  3. Prepare and submit summary reports to reflect the Systems Completion status;
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, review and comment on key Systems Completion related project deliverables;
  5. Verify the accuracy of data in the System completion Database;
  6. Coordinate the completion of handover dossier from construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning as well as contractual handover documentations;
  7. Communicate daily activities and work progress to the Hand Over and completion Lead;
  8. Participate in Completion coordination meetings and provide input and resolutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science (or equivalent) in Engineering;
  • At least ten years' experience in EPC projects, in both engineering home office and field construction sites, with strong skills in specifications, codes and standards, interpretation of IFC construction drawings, hand over and completion process, computing science and Databases;
  • Proven track record of working in multicultural environments;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Good computer literacy skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with several organizational levels.
