Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of logistics personnel, including drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics coordinators.
- Procurement and Inventory Management: Ensure efficient and effective operations by optimizing routing, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records.
- Transportation and Shipping: Oversee the transportation of goods, ensuring that shipments are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Relationship Management: Manage relationships with transport providers and negotiate contracts to secure the best rates and services.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards, transportation regulations, and company policies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of prior experience as a supervisory role in trading and contracting or fit out background.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive Salary: From QAR6,500.00 per month.
- Relocation Assistance: Available for candidates who need to relocate.
