Vistas is looking for an Inventory Optimization Consultant to help optimize spare parts capacity and operating supplies requirements of projects.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Collaborate with the materials team to improve inventory management processes.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate spares material databases for SAP-Materials Modules.
  3. Ensure that all materials received in the warehouse meet quality and regulatory standards.
  4. Review and update Recommended Spare Parts Lists (RSPL) to ensure compliance with Company policies.
  5. Verify the completeness and accuracy of all necessary information for procurement and inventory management.
  6. Prevent duplication of SAP records and inventory by utilizing Spares and SAP search functionalities.
  7. Update RSPL and Project Material Master Form with detailed Technical Buying Descriptions.
  8. Maintain awareness of Company policies and procedures regarding safety, health, environment, and security.

Essential Requirements:

A Bachelor of Science in Engineering is a requirement for this role.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in SAP, particularly in MM modules.
  • A minimum of eight years' experience in materials management, primarily in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
