Key Responsibilities

The successful AMI Operator will be responsible for the following key tasks:
  • Monitoring and managing Work Orders issued as part of Roll Out & daily operations.
  • Performing skilled duties in support of the (AMI) team, including reading, building, installing, activating, inspecting, diagnosing, replacing, and routing AMI meters.
  • Preparing technical reports related to command center Operations, in a timely manner.
  • Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving operation problems.


Requirements

Candidates should have a degree in computer software engineering or a related field. A minimum 1-year experience in a similar role with hands-on experience on various Operation & Maintenance (O & M) applications is required. Proficiency in handling Siemens Head End System (Siemens UDIS) in daily work efforts to track ongoing AMI system issues is also essential.
