As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, and lead brokerage operations in the real estate sector.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the real estate market, focusing on brokerage services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase the division's market share and revenue.
- Leading negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the brokerage process.
- Staying updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the real estate sector, with a focus on brokerage.
- Strong network within the real estate market in Qatar.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
