Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Professional to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic account management and relationship-building.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through strategic account management and relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored solutions.
  • Experience with sales and marketing strategies, with a focus on customer-centric approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing business growth strategies to drive expansion and revenue growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to design and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on customer-centric approaches.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through strategic account management and relationship-building.
