Workforce Planning and Recruitment Analyst

Parsons CORPORATION is seeking an experienced Workforce Planning and Recruitment Analyst to support our team in analyzing workforce data, forecasting staffing needs, and developing recruitment plans to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze current workforce data to identify trends and gaps, and forecast future staffing needs based on business goals and market trends.
  • Develop and implement workforce plans to address staffing requirements, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates, and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collect and analyze data related to recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, and prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and workforce planning to senior management.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels, and screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify qualified candidates.
  • Assist in developing and promoting the company's employer brand to attract top talent, and participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to promote the organization.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws, and stay updated on industry best practices and trends in recruitment and workforce planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • +5 years of experience in recruitment, workforce planning, or a related role, and experience in a specific industry (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance) may be preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS), and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
