Key Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional service to guests by addressing their concerns promptly and communicating effectively with the head chef.
  • Supporting the head chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Upgrading personal appearance and hygiene standards consistently.
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and other departments within the hotel.
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a high-end establishment.
  • In-depth knowledge of food principles, preparation methods, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences that exceed customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and ability to motivate staff members.
