Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with management to identify cost-effective solutions for maintenance and repairs, and to develop strategies for improving maintenance efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including documentation of work performed, materials used, and equipment maintenance history.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential maintenance issues and develop plans to address them.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance personnel, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and protocols, and develop and implement procedures to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills, including mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
